Kelly Science & Clinical, for Siemens Healthineers, is looking for a:


AREA SALES MANAGER ULTRASOUND- SOUTH ITALY


To join our global team as Area Sales Manager South Italy for our business Ultrasound in order to ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified region, assure coverage and manage Business Partner in each region responsible, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets.

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • Ensures the implementation of sales guidelines and sets sales targets for the assigned sales organization;

  • Assures Coverage in single region which is responsible;

  • Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy;

  • Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting;

  • Responsible of the CRM excellence with KPI and aligned with the Sales Manager;

  • Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning;

  • Drives customer focus within the organization and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects;

  • May support strategic key customers' business development;

  • Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff.



Your qualifications and experiences:

  • 5+ years experience in sales role, Sales orientation with previous similar experience gained in Public and Private Customers in US organizations;

  • You have a good knowledge of In Ultrasound Market mainly in cardiology and radiology field.



Your attributes and skills:

  • Preferable Bachelor s degree in biomedical engineering or Equivalent;

  • Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction;

  • Good team player and respectful of diversity;

  • High communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;

  • Accuracy in the use of the company procedures provided for the activity;

  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes;

  • Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;

  • Available to travel frequently into the territories assigned but also at the need at national level;

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.



Job Location: Rome or Naples

The company offers:

  • Permanent contract;

  • Level of Pharmaceutical CCNL depending on candidate experience;
