Kelly Financial Resources, for a multinational company, is looking for an:
ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and periodic accounting requirements (both Italian/IFRS and US GAAP)
- Processing and approval of invoice receipts (support to Outsourcer management)
- Registration of documents in the appropriate bookkeeping records
- VAT compliance (VAT Check, VAT Register, LIPE…)

- Intrastat Declaration
- Bank Journal Entries
- Arrange payments of suppliers
- Accounts reconciliation
- Fixed assets
- CU preparation
- Periodic tax requirements (F24 form): VAT liquidation, withholdings and income
taxes, duty to the Chamber of Commerce, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience
- Business-fluent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of MS Office
- Oracle and HFM experience a plus (GL, Fixed Assets and AP)
- Strong understanding of both Italian and US Accounting Principles
Location: Milan
What we offer: term contract for 6-12 months
